There is a hall area, bathroom with shower and an American kitchen and balconies that open out onto the street. The apartments are decorated in a modern and practical style. All guests should contact the property directly one hour before arrival. A contact telephone number will appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. Check in is available from 15:00 onwards. Check-in after 18:00 is subject to an additional surcharges, depending on the lateness. An end-of-stay clean is included in the room rate. An additional cleaning service is available during you stay (on request; subject to surcharge). Loud noise and music are not permitted in the apartments after 22:00. Parties or gatherings are not allowed, nor the consumption of alcohol in any area of the property. Groups booking more than one apartment may not enter any other apartments booked; all guests must stay in the apartment assigned to them. Failure to comply with these rules, or any substantiated complaint from neighbours, may result in the early termination of the booking without compensation.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
