The apartments are located in a building that has been completely restored. They are modern and stylish and fully-equipped with kitchens and internet access. There are also communal washing machines for your use in the building. You also have access to the roof terrace of the building where you can relax on the sun loungers and have a cold drink from the vending machine.

There is a departure cleaning fee of EUR 50 that is not included in the reservation price. At check-in guests must collect their keys for the apartments from 27 Marqués de Barbera. The office opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00. If you expect to arrive outside of office hours, please call the telephone number on the booking confirmation. You must check-out the hotel no later than 10:00. Please note: This property does not accept reservations from customers under 26 years of age unless accompanied by a guest of over 26 years.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.  A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
