Travel information

From the airport, the best option is to take the train to Sants Station. From there you can easily get to the residence on foot. From Plaça Catalunya: take line 3 and get off at Plaça del Centre, only a few minutes on foot from the residence.

Area information

The residence is situated in the Sants neighbourhood and enjoys excellent transport connections to the metro and different bus services; with rapid access to Plaça Catalunya, Plaça España and Fira de Barcelona. Sants Station is only a few minutes away on foot. It is surrounded by all types of services, bars, restaurants and shops. In the España Industrial Park you can go on boat rides on its lake, during certain periods of the year.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 4.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
