Hotel details

Check-in instructions: Before travel, all guests should contact the property directly to advise of their anticipated arrival time. This can be noted in the Comments box when booking, or by using the contact details found on the Booking Confirmation. Check-in after 21:00 is subject to an additional surcharge. Payment information: A breakage deposit of EUR 200 is payable at check-in. This charge is refunded at check-out once the condition of the apartment has been checked. A cleaning fee of EUR 30 per apartment is also payable at check-in. Please note that surcharges may apply for credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
