For those who are adventurous in the ktichen, you can lovingly prepare meals in the well equipped kitchens. Otherwise, there are plenty of dining options surrounding the apartments.

Guests must contact apartment administration prior to arriving at the apartments with a confirmed time of arrival. Upon arrival guests should proceed to the Barcelona Boutique Hotel located on Carrer Pau Claris, 145 to collect the keys to their apartment, along with directions and a map of Barcelona. It is open 24 hours and is within walking distance of Passeig de Gracia metro. At check-in, there will be a 300 Euro security deposit charge by credit card pre-authorization, which will be automatically canceled after verifying the apartment's condition. Cleaning service is not included in the price. There is an additional cleaning charge of EUR 50.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
