Check in and deposit: Keys should be collected at the Boutique Hotel Barcelona (145 Carrer de Pau Claris, Entrance 1). It is open 24 hours a day. All guests are required to provide a credit card number for a pre-authorization of a security deposit of EUR 300 per apartment on arrival. This will be cancelled on departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked. Cleaning: Cleaning service is not included: EUR 50 per apartment and stay. Bed linen, duvets and towels are included in the price.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
