If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child from 5 to 12 years is charged EUR 25.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 55.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
