Rooms

The avant-garde rooms are decorated in warm pastel colours and are illuminated by contemporary lighting. The modern furniture is made from stylish dark wood. In addition to the facilities already mentioned, each room comes with a flat-screen TV with international channels, Wi-Fi internet and an iPod docking station. Bathrooms come with stone surfaces and have a shower or bath. Also included are makeup mirrors. Adjoining rooms with connecting doors are available for families. Most of the rooms have a balcony or a covered terrace.

All the areas of the Murmuri Hotel have been decorated by Kelly Hoppen, the well-known British interior designer. She has created an intimate style, blending original features of the 19th-century Catalan Modernisme building with the most modern and sophisticated design. As a guest, you will be provided with a VIP pass allowing you free access to services in the 5-star Majestic Hotel & Spa GL in Passeig de Gracia (only 8 minutes’ walk away). Here you will be able to use facilities including the gym, swimming pool and the rooftop terrace with panoramic views.

Food & Beverages

The Murmuri Restaurant serves fusion cuisine made using a rich blend of Mediterranean and Thai flavours. Start the day with the buffet breakfast, and dine à la carte for lunch or dinner. At the same time, enjoy the luxurious setting of the dining room. In the Marfil Bar & Terrace, you can enjoy refreshing drinks on the terrace or in the smart lobby. The bar forms a stylish meeting point where you can also enjoy a light snack or a cocktail in the evening.

For reservations for more than 5 rooms, a prepayment is required: Once the reservation is made, the hotel will get in touch with the customer to agree on how to prepare the prepayment.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 22.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
