Food & Beverages

A rich breakfast is served every morning for all guests in the mehana. Bulgarian cheese or homemade pancakes are available on request (the night before). Lunch and dinner are available on demand (for a minimum of 2 people). There is a wide variety of restaurants in Bansko.

Transport from/to the gondola station is offered and is a subject to a small charge.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.51 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 2.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
