Hotel details

The use of cooking facilities in the apartments is a subject to additional one-time charge of 10 Euro for a studio, 15 Euro for one-bedroom apartment, 20 Euro for two-bedroom apartment. This fee will cover the washing of the kitchenware on check out. Washing of kitchenware is provided only on arrival and check out!!! The lighting of a fireplace is a subject to additional charge of 10 Euro every time the guests decide to do so! In exchange guests will be provided with a box of firewood.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.51 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 2.00 per child under 6 years.  Breakfast costs EUR 3.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
