Apart from true Bansko authentic dishes like "chomlek" and "kapama" you can enjoy "Caldo siete mares" - a traditional Mexican seafood soup or "Shrimp and crawfish etouffee"- a centuries-old Creole dish and many other fine meals from Turkey, France, Morocco, Malta, Spain, Latin America, Cuba and other exotic places. Our chefs with their extensive international experience are committed to offer our clients a delightful, multicultural culinary experience. Please note our Special Gala Dinner at 31st of December for EUR 55 which is obligatory.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
