The hotel and the houses are designed in the traditional Bansko style with meticulous attention to detail in the design and finishing of each apartment. Natural stone and wood are used extensively throughout the complex.

Food & Beverages

The spacious and elegant Bojur restaurant consists of 3 halls with 120 seats and offers its guests a variety of delicious temptations from the international and the traditional Bulgarian cuisine as well as a rich selection of local wines. The restaurant is a great place to sip stylish cocktails and for company or family celebrations, such as weddings or birthday parties. The lobby bar of the hotel is the place where you can have your morning coffee, relax with an afternoon cup of tea or simply enjoy a drink or two in the evening after a pleasant day of skiing in Bankso.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.51 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs EUR 5.00 per child under 2 years.  Dinner costs EUR 9.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
