Food & Beverages

The hotel offers an elegant lobby bar and a restaurant serving beautiful and tasteful meals. The menu is supplemented with a range of coffees, pastries, cakes and selections for children. Together with the comprehensive wine list and skilful bar staff, the menu is perfect for anyone who appreciates a good culinary experience.

Due to technical problems payment by credit cards is not possible at the moment. Payment is to be done in cash at the reception.

Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Area information

Bansko is situated at the foot of the north-eastern part of the Pirin Mountains and 925 metres above sea level. Famous for ski sports, the location of the city allows favourable conditions for skiing from December to April. In the resort area, the ski tracks have a length of 50 km and are 1100 to 2550 metres above sea level. The ski resort in Bansko has 1 cabin lift, 6 open lifts and 9 rope-lines.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.51 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
