Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 2.50 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 3.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.51 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
