Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 45.00 service charge per stay is not included.  EUR 2.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
