Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only. When settling the bill, the hotel will accept cash only. The full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in. Guest arriving after 23.00 must inform the hotel by email or telephone. Check-in time after 14.00 or earlier are available depending on availability. Any extension on check-out time after 12.00 noon will be levied at 50% of the regular rate. Extension on check-out time after 16.00 will be charged at one night room rate.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
