Food & Beverages

The Banff Aspen Lodge serves a Canadian Rockies Continental Breakfast daily that is included in all rates. The hotel's Breakfast Room is open from 7:00 AM until 10:00 AM and features a variety of fresh baked goods, fruit, home-made granola and more.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs CAD 10.00 per 24 hours.  Wired internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

11.18 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Up to two children from 9 to 16 years are charged CAD 6.00 per night when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
