Guests can enjoy dining at the Evergreen Restaurant, located next door at the hotel's sister-property, Delta Banff Royal Canadian Lodge.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the business centre and costs CAD 4.00 per 30 minutes.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 25.00 per night when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for cots in the room. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
