Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

11 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged CAD 15.00 per night in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 15.00 per night in an extra bed.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
