Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  BRL 1.00 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs BRL 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
