Mc Shanes bar has a warm and inviting atmosphere. Adjacent to the bar, the bistro offers seasonal menus with a selection of dishes using fresh local produce. Area information

Ballina and North Mayo can offer angling, horse riding, walking, sightseeing, the theatre, museums, shopping or a night out. Ballina is located on the River Moy, which provides a picturesque backdrop to the centre of the town, with beautiful stone bridges stretching over it, and a charming walkway along its banks. The town has traditional shops, stylish boutiques, cafes and a range of restaurants. In close proximity are: Foxford Woollen Mills, the National Museum of Country Life and Ballina Arts Centre. Famous golf courses are in close proximity to the hotel, including: Enniscrone, Belmullet, and Rosses Point. Ballina golf club has a beautiful mature parkland course. North Mayo is one of Europe's top angling destinations. The River Moy runs through the centre of the town and is one of the best salmon rivers in Europe. Nearby Enniscrone offers over 2 miles of excellent surfing conditions and an opportunity to learn to surf as part of your getaway break.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person.  Full English breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
