The reception opening hours are as follows: Monday to Saturday: 06:00-12:00; 16:00-22:00 Sunday: 07:00-12.00; 16:00-22:00 If you arrive outside these hours, you can check in on an automatic check-in machine located by the entrance. Just remember to take with your booking number and credit card.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

25 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs DKK 59.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged DKK 100.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged DKK 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
