Food & Beverages

Each day, you can wake up to a tasty breakfast with sparkling wine. The comfortably furnished restaurant serves regional specialities as well as delicate creations featuring game and fish. The hotels traditional beer and wine lounge, Schaukelpferd, is open from 17:00 throughout the week.

The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. Arrival after 17:00 is however possible, and the key can be picked up at the "Schaukelpferd" bar.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 10 to 15 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 15 to 18 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
