For arrival out of opening hours, please contact the residence during the opening hours, which will give you access codes. A terminal of late arrival allowing greater amplitude of arrival is available at the residence.

The rates include: For the residential offer : - Rental of the apartment. - Access to the pool and the gym - Access to space wifi internet For the hotelier offer : - Rental of the apartment. - Daily Cleaning - Bed linen and towels - Access to the pool and the gym - Access to space wifi internet Rates do not include: - The kit household product - dishes (sponge produces tableware, kitchen towels dishes) - The hiring of bed linen and towels: EUR 15 for 1/2 people per week (only for residential offer) - The end of stay cleaning : EUR 35 per apartment.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
