By Air: The hotel is approximately 12 km from Florence’s Peretola Airport. Taxis are readily available from just outside the airport. By Train: The hotel is approximately 20 minutes by taxi from Santa Maria Novella railway station. Alternatively, you can take the number 23 or the number 33 ATAF bus to the hotel. By Train: The hotel is approximately 15 minutes by taxi from Campo Di Marte railway station. Alternatively, you can take the number 33 ATAF bus to the hotel. By Car (from the A1 motorway): - From the A1 motorway, take the exit for Firenze Sud and then follow the signs for Bagno A Ripoli. - At the 3rd set of traffic lights, turn right and follow the signs up the hill. Parking: Parking is available for guests’ use at an additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
