Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
