Treat yourself to regional Baden specialities and traditional German cuisine in the hotel restaurant. The wine cellar and bar in the 14th-century vaulted cellar provide a historic atmosphere. The restaurant serves food daily from 11:30 until 14:00 and again from 18:00 until 22:00.

Travel information

Arriving by car: - Approach via the A5 motorway and exit at Baden-Baden - Head towards the Zentrum (city centre) and follow the blue hotel route marked THERMEN - The hotel is sign-posted from there Arriving by rail: - Take the bus to Leopoldplatz - Head towards the town hall, climb the steps and you will find the hotel right in front of you. Alternatively, continue across the pedestrian zone and take 2 left turns.

From Baden-Baden you can easily explore the nearby Black Forest or take a day-trip to neighbouring France.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
