Travel information

Coming from the A28, take the exit Neuenkruge. Follow the signs, we are hotel no. 5. Arriving by train, follow the path on the right and you will arrive at our hotel after about 100 metres.

Area information

Well-built cycle trails and tracks, sign-posted up to the north coast present perfect surroundings for cyclists to explore. The hotel can provide you with everything you need, such as detailed maps of the routes as well as information on the surrounding area, a lunch pack and bike storage. The Zwischenahn lake is particularly suited to hikers and walking-fans. Why not explore the area from a different angle and take a trip in one of the tour boats on the lake?

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 24.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
