Our guest rooms are cosily furnished and feature all comforts. The majority of our rooms include a balcony and provide a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains.

Get your day off to the perfect start with a first rate breakfast from our comprehensive buffet. In the evenings we treat you to Bavarian "Schmankerln" from our small but excellent "Brotzeit" menu.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
