Area information

Enjoy the beautiful south of Styria. The resort is at the entrance to the Styrian Thermal Region. In the surroundings of Bad Waltersdorf there are more than 200 km of hiking trails and about 170 km of cycling trails. You can also play golf or explore the Heurigen taverns, where you can taste regional products and wine. For children there is plenty to do as well, including the Tierwelt Herberstein (a zoo) and the Styrassic Park (dinosaurs).

Travel information

Arrival from Vienna by car: - Stay on the A2 motorway towards Graz and take the exit for Sebersdorf/Badwaltersdorf. - Turn left after the exit and take the first exit at the roundabout. Journey time: 1.5 hours. Arrival from Graz by car: - Stay on the A2 motorway towards Vienna and take the exit for Sebersdorf/Badwaltersdorf. - Turn right after the exit and take the first exit at the roundabout. Journey time: about 30 minutes.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.65 city/tourist tax per person older than 14 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 5 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 5 to 14 years are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
