If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 8 to 14 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
