The hotel’s comfortably furnished rooms are available in various categories. Choose between Comfort Rooms, Comfort Plus Rooms and elegant suites. All Comfort Plus Rooms, and some Comfort Rooms, feature a balcony. Several rooms are linked by a connecting door, making them ideal for families with children. Rooms for the mobility impaired are also available.

Food & Beverages

In the à la carte restaurant La Vida, you can enjoy seasonal dishes made from fresh, local ingredients. Regional meats and fish are complemented by tropical fruits, seafood and meat from reputable companies. Located at basement level, the Hexenkeller offers a sociable, cosy atmosphere. Here you can enjoy hearty, regional snacks and light dishes, accompanied by draught beers, select wines and classic cocktails. Half-board and full-board can be booked once at the hotel, if required. This includes a 3-course lunch and a hot/cold buffet in the evenings.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.95 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
