The hotel is easily accessible. It lies a 15-minute drive from Salzburg Airport, and 3 km from the A10 and A8 motorways. Bad Reichenhall’s bus station and railway station are just 300 metres away.

Area information

Visit the adjacent spa gardens, where you find the Gradierhaus Alpensole - an open-air alpine saltwater inhalation. Just a few minutes from the hotel, you find the Rupertustherme - modern thermal baths with a diverse range of facilities for your physical well-being. Sports fans can enjoy a wide range of activities nearby, including various cycle paths and mountain biking trails. There are also climbing facilities in the town. Bad Reichenhall also has plenty of level ground suitable for Nordic walking or cross-country skiing. The charming Old Town of Salzburg is just a short drive away, and its airport can be reached in 15 minutes.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 3.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 4 to 12 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
