EUR 5 (2-room apartment), EUR 6 (3-room apartment) and EUR 6.50 (3-room bungalow) - applicable in the winter season. - Final cleaning: EUR 17 (1-room apartment) resp. EUR 25 (2-room apartment), EUR 28 (3-room apartment) and EUR 32 (3-room bungalow) Bed linen and towels should be brought along or can be rented against advance notification. - Bed linen: EUR 9 per set - Towels: EUR 4 per set

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.51 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
