From the A1 motorway towards Puttgarden: - Exit at Eutin - Join the B76 towards Eutin-Plön, and exit at Malente - Turn right just after the sign for the town - Turn left just before the REWE supermarket and follow the road From the A7 motorway: - Exit at Großenaspe (Neumünster) and head towards Plön on the B76 - Continue towards Eutin and exit at Malente - Continue towards the centre - Once you have passed the railway station, turn into the first road on the right

Area information

Bad Malente is situated amid the beautiful scenery of the Holsteinische Schweiz (Holstein's Switzerland). The area's forests invite you to go hiking, cycling or walking, while swimming, boating and sailing are possible on the nearby lakes. The state's capital, Kiel, is home to the major sailing event, "Kieler Woche", and can be reached with ease. With its many historic buildings, the old Hanseatic city of Lübeck is also well worth a visit. The Baltic coast lies just a 20-minute journey away.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
