Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 3.50 per day.  Free public parking is possible on site.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
