Enjoy a heated indoor and outdoor pool, which is also in winter,, and above all, with indoor access and plenty of deck chairs. Only a 30-minute drive away from Linz, very much appreciated, the the hotel is the ideal starting point to discover the beauty of the Mühlviertel region and the Bohemian Forest. All the rooms and suites are very comfortably and elegantly furnished and have balconies with beautiful views of the surrounding area.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 4 to 9 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
