All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels. You might be advised to bring your own towels for the sauna and thermal baths. The 1-room apartments boast a size of 37-45 m². They include a balcony, a parking space in the underground parking garage and a parking space for disabled guests directly in front of the entrance. The 2-room apartments boast a size of 56-82². They boast a balcony or terrace, bedroom, living room, a parking space in the underground parking garage and a parking space for disabled guests directly in front of the entrance.

Food & Beverages

You can enjoy rich breakfast buffets and delicious Baden specialities in the neighbouring hotels.

All check-in procedures (including key collection) take place at the neighbouring Hotel Eden (located at Thürachstrasse 1). Please note that there is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 25 for stays of less than 7 nights. Breakfast can also be booked at the Hotel Eden for an additional surcharge. Towels are changed once a week.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 61 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 13 to 18 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
