Food & Beverages

All apartments are equipped with a kitchenette. We offer no breakfast on site but there are various cafés located nearby.

The apartments are cleaned and the bed linen is changed once a week. Please note that the Kurtaxe (spa tax) is only applied for guests staying more than 3 nights. Business travellers do not have to pay this tax. Kindly contact the hotel if you intend to arrive after 20:00.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 8 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
