Food & Beverages

The hotel offers a rich and varied cuisine in an elegant ambience with a traditional flair. Exclusive creations for pampered palates, as well as traditional meals made from products from the hotel’s farm and seasoned with herbs from the on-site garden, are served. The half-board arrangement includes a rich late-riser breakfast until 11:00 with organic corner, varied afternoon delights at the hotel bar, with homemade strudel and cake, and a 5-course dinner with a choice of dishes, extensive appetizer buffet, weekly gala dinner and buffet with regional specialities. Dietary and diabetic dishes on request.

Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, the Vitality Oasis, the Thermal Spa area and the garden.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 22 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 1 to 3 years are charged 10 % of the room stay per night and person for cots.  All children from 4 to 9 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 10 to 13 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
