Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 250 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 35 per person per night.  Half board costs EUR 25 per night per child under 16 years.  Half board costs EUR 16 per night per child under 10 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged 5 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 3 to 6 years are charged 9 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 10 years are charged 14 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 11 to 14 years are charged 18 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 15 to 16 years are charged 21 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
