Run by an English family, valued throughout, the hotel offers comfortable and welcoming holiday apartments in the beautiful spa town of Bad Ischl, at the heart of the famous Salzkammergut region. Bed linen and towels are provided. Most apartments have a balcony, and above all, from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. There is bicycle and ski storage room, very much appreciated, as well as a heated ski boot store. All guests are welcome to use the garden and the gas barbecue. Located in a quiet residential area, highly regarded, the hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the centre of Bad Ischl. Laundry facilities are also available, which is washing machine, and above all, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, .

Area information

In winter the Katrinalm ski area is about 5 minutes from the apartments. They are also 30 minutes by car from the excellent skiing at Dachstein West and a similar distance to the family skiing area at Postalm. A complimentary transfer to the ski bus or a "directly to the slopes" transfer are available. Other leisure options in winter include sleigh rides, ice skating, tobogganing and curling, as well as tubing and snow biking at the Postalm fun park. Bad Ischl is also a famous spa town, where you can enjoy the warm thermal waters. In spring, summer and autumn guided walking and mountain biking tours, bicycle hire, golf days and tours to cities such as Salzburg and Vienna can be arranged.

Travel information

There is a train station in Bad Ischl. Pick-up and transfer from the airports in Salzburg or Linz available on request. Please state your estimated arrival time in the guest comments when making your booking.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person older than 18 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 3.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
