Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 12 per person per night.  Full English breakfast costs EUR 12 per person per night.  American breakfast costs EUR 12 per person per night.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12 per person per night.  Breakfast costs EUR 12 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
