Our rooms boast graceful and elegant interiors, balconies with mountain view and generously proportioned bathrooms. The standard rooms are approximately 30 m² in size, the deluxe rooms approxiamtely 38 m².

Food & Beverages

First-class indulgence - that's how one could describe the 5-course optional menu included in our half-board prices. Your culinary highlight is served up every evening in the cosy Park Restaurant of the Grand Hotel Bad Hofgastein. Our quality wines complement the culinary experience. A feel-good atmosphere in the hotel restaurant is guaranteed, as the environment is relaxed and yet classy. The menu is matched with what's in season and it goes without saying that only the best products from our region find their way into our kitchen and onto your plate.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 26.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 13 to 14 years are charged EUR 31.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 105.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
