The village centre of Bad Gastein, highly regarded, with a supermarket, restaurants and much more, can be reached by car or public bus in 5 to 8 minutes. All of them are equipped with a balcony or terrace with garden access, and above all, bed linen, towels, crockery and a parking space for your car. Check-in with key pick-up and check-out with final billing will be done by the reception of Hotel “Grüner Baum”, which is 400 metres or a 5-minute walk away, .

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
