Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.45 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 16 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 16 to 18 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
