Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
