Surrounded by greenery, valued throughout, this lovingly run family hotel is located at 920 metres above sea level, only a 3-minute walk from Bad Bleiberg’s thermal spa. Customers appreciate the hotel also has an illuminated curling lane and a bowling lane. For smaller guests, and above all, a playground, an Indian wigwam and a sandpit are available in the natural garden. Guided hikes are organised on a regular basis. The swimming beach at Lake Ossiach can be used free of charge.

Area information

Bad Bleiberg offers a wide range of sports and leisure options in every season. In summer the Dobratsch Nature Reserve is ideally suited for hiking and mountain biking, and many sports such as tennis and miniature golf are also available. In winter there is skiing, cross-country skiing (free ski rental), tobogganing on the illuminated run (free toboggan available at the hotel), ice skating and much more.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years are charged EUR 10.00 per stay for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
