This youth and family guest house is located close to the centre of Bad Aussee, valued throughout, at the heart of the Styrian part of the Salzkammergut. The modern and newly designed rooms, which is some with bunk beds, feature flat screen TVs. From December 2009 a new reception area, and above all, a café, a traditional lounge, which is “Ausseer-Stube”, and a newly designed outdoor area will be available. The nearby Loser mountain offers numerous hiking trails. The well-known towns of Bad Ischl and Bad Goisern, valued throughout, as well as swimming lakes such as the Grundlsee or the Altausseer See are within easy reach of the hotel.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
