There is free parking for buses, campervans and trucks. Pets less than 25 lbs are allowed at an additional cost of USD 35 per stay which is non-refundable. Local calls are free.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
